About PGMG

Pretty Girls Make Gravy was born in on Thanksgiving of 2006 as the brainchild of a grad student with a bad head cold who spent the holiday taking Ny-Quil and thinking up brilliant Thanksgiving related bastardizations of songs by The Smiths. The Boy With the Corn in His Pie did not make the cut, but Pretty Girls Make Gravy has survivied to become a catch-all of a blog that is the writing outlet for this mom, girlfriend, bookworm, gardener, hiker, architecture appreciator, preservationist, home improver, retro enthusiast, music lover, and starter of crafty projects that rarely get finished.
