I’m no tech savvy girl, but sometimes I get awfully excited about gadgetry. Like the wind-up robot salt and pepper shakers we got for a friend for Christmas, or the Holga camera that a friend got for us. The common thread (other than awesome Christmas gifts)? Low tech retro gadgets. And the latest on my list is this:
Its cute, huh? Real old-school cathode ray technology, with the added bonus of getting to time warp color tv to Mid-Century black and white or even further back to the sepia tones of gunslingers and dance hall girls. See?
Mad Men is gonna be awesome on this tv. Sadly, my birthday just passed…
